Possibility to accommodate 1 extra guest/1 bed : 75 € /week
Service charges :
A flat amount for electricity of 8 KW/day (56 KW/week) is included in the price.
Electrical consumption above and electrical heating are invoiced
0,10 €/KW.
Stay taxes: 0,50 € per adult/day
Services :
Bed-linen supplied (enclosed in the rental price) and all the beds made upon arrival.
Flat fee : 50 € for the cleaning service offered by the owner at the end
of your stay.
Possibility to rent towels : 3 €/person/week/change
Guarantee : 150 € to be deposited either upon arrival
in cash or cheque.
This deposit will be restored the day of the departure upon the
inventory of the accomodation. Any damages or insufficient cleaning
will give place to a compensation based on the estimate presented by the
owner, immediately cashable if damages are noticed at the end of the
stay.
An
inventory of the accomodation is made at the beginning and the end of
stay.
The rental agreement of the accomodation is established
based on the stay of 7 persons and a baby. This capacity can only
be exceeded with the agreement of the owner.
The accommodation is non-smoking in order to respect the guests and owner.
Ashtrays are at your disposal in the outside.
Our animal friends are not welcome.

How to book ?
After having consulted the availabilities, you can contact the owner,
who will send you a rental agreement in duplicate, an accomodation
description and an optional insurance form for the chosen period.
A copy of the dated and signed agreement must be returned to the
owner and a deposit paid (25 % of the total price of the rent) by cheque
emitted by a French bank, bank transfert or credit card payment
with Paypal,within the indicated delay mentioned on the agreement (10
days).
We take note of your pre-booking (the accomodation will not be any
more proposed for rent for the chosen period, until the return of the
signed contract, during a maximum of ten days.)
The booking is only considered to be firm upon receipt of the signed
agreement and payment of the deposit (cheque
emitted by a French bank which will immediately be drawn, or receipt of bank transfert or credit
card payment with Paypal).
If the agreement is not returned by the indicated date indicated
date, the pre-booking is cancelled (the accomodation can be be proposed,
for subject period, to another interested customer; may we kindly
request you to inform us before term in case of late answer).
The balance is to be
paid cash upon arrival. If you wish to settle the balance by bank
transfer, please initiate the wire transfer 3 days before your
arrival.

An optional cancellation insurance is proposed to you (3 % of the price
of your stay with a 7,50€ minimum), to be paid directly to the insurance
company Groupama. The precize procedure to be followed is indicated on
the insurance form which is systematically sent together with
the rental agreement.
